IDS were appointed in a bespoke role for the last 4 months of a difficult Construction Management project to drive the programme to ensure delivery for a fixed opening date. The project was running behind programme with trade contractors evaluating their position rather than focusing on the delivery date.

IDS involvement as client representative allowed the client to focus on operator handover and direct fit out works, whilst IDS focused the subcontractors towards what needed to be done and by when.

The client also invited IDS onto the superior quality check team prior to handover to the operator Marriott.
