Paul started out on the contracting side of the industry, learning his trade via Balfour Beatty and Alfred McAlpine, working on a variety of schemes within the public and private sectors throughout the North-West and London. It was during this period that Paul built up his construction knowledge and management skills.

Following this very productive stage of his career, Paul had the opportunity to move to the consultancy side of the industry with EC Harris based in their commercial property team, managing projects throughout the UK. It was at EC Harris that Paul developed both his project and cost management skills on a wide variety of projects from retail to residential, commercial to corporate, infrastructure to industrial. In 2009 Paul co-founded Innov8DS to provide clients with a bespoke and tailored consultancy service covering a diverse range of roles and sectors. With his very hands-on approach to each and every project, which remains integral to the Innov8DS business strategy. Paul’s desire, motivation and commitment are the core delivery principal’s he looks to implement as part of the Innov8DS business.

Following graduation from Liverpool John Moores University, Carl took the decision to join a large international, multi disciplinary practice to maximise his experience in both his role and sectors.

In 2002 he became a Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager with the RICS, which led to a career move. This move opened the way to Associate Director within another large practice which progressed his managerial skills set. His career path then took him to a smaller regional practice before co-founding Innov8 Development Solutions in 2009 to provide a bespoke and tailored consultant service.

Carl feels his structured early years have allowed him to develop within many different sectors and assisted in developing his skills and knowledge of the industry. This allows him to deliver roles including Development Management, Project Management, QS and Fund Monitoring / Risk Management. In addition to the hands on role within Innov8DS, Carl also undertakes the Treasurer role for a local £1m community development project and is 1st XI captain for his village cricket team.

Lindsey started work within the Property and Construction Industry over 20 years ago as a PA at EC Harris. She then moved on to spend over 5 years at a local Planning Consultancy, where she moved from being a PA/Office Manager to a Business Development and Marketing Manager. This is where she got the real enjoyment from, she enjoys the interaction with new contacts and building up company awareness and new business relationships.

Lindsey’s role within Innov8DS is to improve the companies market position and promote growth by developing new opportunities for us as a company as well as our clients. This is achieved through B2B interaction, finding potential new clients, presenting our bespoke services to them and ultimately converting them into clients whilst also helping to manage existing client relationships. Lindsey also leads on marketing for the company by managing our brand, including the company website and brochures along with PR and Social Media.


Jennifer Bamber

Fresh out of university, Jennifer took the position of business centre manager at Bruntwood, picking up invaluable customer service and tenant retention skills. Jennifer moved on to work for Development Securities refurbishing their property in Birchwood inside and out and doubling the property’s turnover. Since then she has been a Facility’s and Estates manager, managing a mixed residential and commercial portfolio of 25 property’s over 15 sites. Managing all aspects of a very mixed portfolio including Grade A new build, multi tenanted commercial and residential schemes, warehouse and industrial property’s.

With this background in sales, marketing, property and estates management for various commercial sites in the North West, her role sees her dealing with enquiries, viewings and lettings through to tenant fit outs, customer handover, ongoing customer care, service charge and estates management for tenants. Her strong belief in excellent customer service while delivering value for money, offers clients a well rounded customer and property management package
