The scheme covers the development of the former Colgate Boilerhouse into a modern centre of business providing stylish Grade A office space within the Soapworks site. Utilising the fabric of the old building dating back over 100years the scheme provides a unique working environment incorporating the historic steel structure against a modern office fit-out. As part of the development the existing chimney was retained and has become an iconic feature of the Salford skyline whilst promoting the overall Soapworks development.
