IDS have been commissioned by Peel Investments NW to assist in the Master planning of a 150 acre business park in Wakefield. The role requires dealing with land sales, planning, purchaser heads of terms and critically liaison between the retained Peel design team and the purchaser design team to ensure that all future proofing design is utilising to capacity to ensure the high standards of the development are maintained.
