New build of a 130 bedroom Hampton by Hilton hotel on the site of the derelict Palm Beach and Bourne Hotels in Blackpool.

The site is a prime location for a new hotel, positioned on the Blackpool to Fleetwood tramway, within a 5 minute walk of the Pleasure Beach railway station and amusement park.

Situated to the farthest southern zone of the town, the scheme hopes to act as a catalyst for redevelopment which will bring about the regeneration of the New South Promenade.

The design draws upon the characteristics of the historic Blackpool Crescent buildings.
