The scheme consists the development of the former Colgate factory into a modern centre of business, creativity and leisure providing stylish Grade A offices within the Media City boundary. Utilising the fabric of the existing factory the scheme provides a unique working environment incorporating the industrial exposed concrete structure against a modern office fit-out.  Soapworks is one of the most iconic commercial regeneration projects within the North West and at the time was the largest speculative commercial development outside of London.
