The client governors instructed IDS to deliver a new 8,000ft2 junior section in December for the following September entrants including the granting of planning permission. The team worked tirelessly including a contractor instructed on a negotiated basis to deliver a permanent lodge Structure, to marry in with the previously constructed block. The project required close financial control, co ordination and programme management between the design team, main contractor and specialist sub contractor throughout the fast track delivery.
