Innov8DS will be driving the next stage of the Primus student accommodation development in Leicester following receipt of planning approval for a further 159 rooms. Works on site targeted for May 2015 for student intake September 2016.

Innov8DS have today commenced on site the construction of a 140 bed student accommodation scheme in Leicester for Primus Property Group. The contract value is £5.75m and works are programmed to complete August 2015.

Innov8DS have completed enabling works on Primus Place, Leicester with the construction phase now following on.
