The scheme consisted the construction of a new build free school and SEN building for the Trust along with refurbishment of an existing hall and kitchen. Innov8DS provided both PM and EA services on  the project which not only covered the new build element via a main contract but also managed and delivered an enabling works package undertaken during the summer period to allow an effective and efficient overall construction programme to be delivered  within a “live” school environment.
